Cake and Bake It is located in Niagara Falls, ON, Canada. We serve Niagara Falls, GTA, and surrounding areas.
Orders are accepted at a minimum of one week prior to the date requested, given availability. I may be able to accommodate last minute requests for mini cakes and smaller desserts.
Quotes will be sent via email once an order form is completed. Once received, a payment request will be sent for the FULL payment.
Full payments are required to confirm your order
Payments are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future date if notified a minimum of two weeks prior to your event.
Cancellations less than two weeks prior will result in the forfeit of your payment, if production has begun.
Any changes to your order after confirmation are subject to additional fees. All changes must be made at least one week prior to date required.
Unfortunately, at this time Cake and Bake It does not offer eggless or gluten free cakes or cupcakes. However, some desserts that we can offer that can be made eggless and gluten free include: fondant covered sugar cookies, chocolate chip cookies, chocolate covered strawberries, and smash hearts. Please mention in the order form that you require these items to be eggless or gluten free.
Nuts are used on occasion in the kitchen as per client request, therefore all products may contain traces of nut products. Those with nut allergies should eat our products with caution.
Unfortunately, we do not offer vegan products at this time.
Delivery is available within the GTA and surrounding areas for an additional fee; given availability. If you would like an estimate for delivery, please provide your address within the order form to receive a quote.
All pickup orders are contactless. You will receive the pickup address and contactless pickup instructions once your order is confirmed.
Please keep your car air conditioned when transporting cakes! Buttercream will melt if not kept at an adequate temperature.
Cakes are best transported on a flat surface, like the floor of your car. Please DO NOT keep your cake on the seat of the car. This increases chances of cracking and tipping over.
Cakes should be kept in the refrigerator until about 1 to 2 hours prior to serving.
If you have an outdoor event or are in a heated area, please keep the cake refrigerated for as long as possible to avoid melting.
Once the cake is cut, keep the cake covered in the box or with plastic wrap to maintain moisture.
Cupcakes and cake pops can be kept at room temperature for up to 2 days if adequately covered (unless toppings require refrigeration, like strawberries). If you would like to store for longer than 2 days, place the cupcakes in an airtight container for refrigeration.
Cake and Bake It is not responsible for any damaged goods once they have been picked up or delivered.
